This website describes the purpose, current work, and developing vision of Shambhala Foundation. Programs, dates, publications, facilities, and offerings identified as forthcoming or in development are not promises of availability.

Spiritual and wellbeing context

Teachings, sacred arts, ceremonial practices, energy readings, music, and healing-studio work are offered within spiritual, cultural, contemplative, and wellbeing contexts. They do not replace qualified medical, psychological, legal, or financial care. Individual experience varies, and no specific material or health outcome is guaranteed.

Ceremonies and Sankalpas

A ceremony submission asks the Foundation to include a name and sacred intention within collective prayer where operationally possible. Submission does not guarantee a particular ritual placement, personal response, material outcome, healing, protection, or change in circumstance. Please submit only information you are entitled to share. The Foundation may decline or edit submissions that are abusive, unlawful, unsafe, or inappropriate for the ceremony.

Optional birth details may help the ceremony team identify a participant more precisely during ritual preparation and provide relevant traditional Jyotish context. They are not required for a Sankalpa to be included, and providing them does not guarantee a different or particular outcome.

Dana

Dana is voluntary giving, not a purchase of prayer, blessing, spiritual status, initiation, or guaranteed outcome. The amount offered does not determine the importance of a Sankalpa. Where secure online Dana is enabled, the available currency, contribution route, payment processor, and any ceremony-specific conditions will be stated before payment. Prayer-only participation remains available for the Ganesha celebration while registration is open. For a payment concern, contact the Foundation with the email address used at checkout; do not send card details by email.

Gallery commissions

A Gallery enquiry does not create a commission. Scope, materials, process, timing, price, delivery, ceremonial preparation, cancellation, and care terms will be agreed in writing before work begins. Purchasing a sacred object does not confer initiation, spiritual status, authority, or advancement.

Journeys

Journey participation will be governed by offering-specific terms covering itinerary, payment, cancellation, health, documentation, insurance, conduct, accessibility, and changes outside the Foundation’s control. These will be provided before any booking.

Support

General Foundation donations may be made through the verified Stripe link. If support is intended for a specific program or restricted purpose, begin a direct conversation so the purpose and any conditions can be confirmed before the contribution is accepted.

Shambhala Sanctum community

Sanctum applications are reviewed personally, and submission does not guarantee admission or a response within a particular period. The Foundation may decline an application or remove a participant to protect privacy, safety, respectful conduct, and the intended character of the community. Unsolicited promotion, harvesting contact information, harassment, and redistribution of private community material are not permitted.

Announcements, complimentary gifts, music releases, Vedic astrology dates, observances, and traditional remedies are shared when appropriate and are not guaranteed on a fixed schedule. Astrological, spiritual, and traditional material is offered for cultural, contemplative, and educational purposes and does not replace qualified medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Any future paid membership will be presented separately with its own scope and terms. Applying to the Sanctum does not create a paid commitment.

Intellectual and cultural material

Unless otherwise stated, original text, design, music, and publications are protected. Traditional symbols, teachings, and cultural forms remain connected to the communities and knowledge streams from which they arise and are not claimed as the Foundation’s exclusive property.

These terms may be updated as the Foundation’s programs and systems develop.

Cosmic Circle membership

Cosmic Circle is an application-led WhatsApp membership for adults aged 18 or over. Submission does not guarantee admission, begin a membership, or authorize a charge. Applications are reviewed personally. A birth date and birthplace are required, together with an indication that the birth time is exact, approximate, or unknown. A known birth time must be provided. The information is used privately to prepare a Jyotish reference and support chart-aware teaching; it is not sent to WhatsApp or Stripe.

If approved enrolment is offered, the membership details and any applicable terms are presented separately before the applicant chooses whether to join. Membership begins only after the applicant accepts those terms and completes any required secure checkout. A private WhatsApp invitation is not issued until membership is confirmed.

The Circle is intended to provide shared daily, weekly, and monthly sidereal Jyotish guidance, with chart-aware perspectives using a member's Moon sign and, where the supplied birth time supports it, ascendant. It is not a personal chart consultation and cannot guarantee a particular frequency of messages, outcome, remedy, or result. Astrological, spiritual, and traditional material is offered for cultural, contemplative, and educational purposes and does not replace qualified medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Respectful conduct and protection of private community material are conditions of participation.
